...soaked hippos...

i've been reporting back to my new department last Tuesday...i'm now officially a Reservoir Engineer for Resource Enhancement Section, Petroleum Resource Development Department at Level 28, Tower 1 KLCC...

the first few days at work were quite calm...nothing much to do...i don't really bother to get to know what's happening...alaa...better enjoy the tranquility while it lasts...

on the first day of work, i customized back my territory...i got a new cubicle right in front to the right of the pantry area...yeay!!!

on the second day, i went to search for kuih raya and ended up ordering 5 kinds - london almond, choco chips, shortbread, ice-cream and mini springrolls...

on the third day, i got my LanID...however, there was still a long que (about 80 new entrants) for the technician to set up my PC and extension line...i still need to wait...that's fine...meaning - no work...haha...blind salary for 1 week...

today - i took a leave...went back to Klang...

i reached nearly 130pm and went to Pritam Skin Clinic...several concerned friends of mine have pointed out my unflawless skin...the acne thingy problem...ever since the dreadful accident 5 months back, i've been on medication which makes my hormones become unbalanced...so, i started to develop some pustules and papules :(

now, i was prescribed with a pill to be taken twice daily one hour before meal...ohh no...i'll start tomorrow then...need to wait one hour extra for ifthar...and also need to wake up one hour earlier for sahur...ya Allah...give me the strength for a radiant new me...

ohh yaa...soaked hippos (direct translation for 'badak berendam') is my mama's favourite ifthar dessert...we are having them today...what improper name for a marvellous dish...ish ish ish...

about 40 minutes more to go before ifthar...till then, enjoy your Ramadhan...
