...love story...

we were both young when I first saw you
I close my eyes and the flashback starts
I'm standing there on a balcony of summer air
see the lights see the party the ball gowns
see you make your way through the crowd and say hello
little did I know
that you were Romeo
you were throwing pebbles
and my daddy said
stay away from Juliet
and I was crying on the staircase
begging you please, don't go
and I said
Romeo, take me somewhere we can be alone
I'll be waiting
all there's left to do is run
you'll be the Prince and I'll be the Princess
it's a LOVE story
Baby, just say yes

so I sneak out to the garden to see you
we keep quiet
because we're dead if they knew
so close your eyes
escape this town for a little while
Oh, oh

cause you were Romeo
and I was Scarlet letter
and my daddy said
stay away from Juliet
but you were everything to me
I was begging you please, don't go
and I said
Romeo, take me somewhere we can be alone
I'll be waiting
all there's left to do is run
you'll be the Prince and I'll be the Princess
it's a LOVE story
Baby, just say yes

Romeo, save me
don't try to tell me how to feel
this LOVE is difficult
but it's real
don't be afraid
we'll make it out of this mess
it's a LOVE story
Baby, just say yes
Oh, oh

I got tired of waiting
wondering if you were ever coming around
my faith in you was fading
when I met you on the outskirts of town
and I said
Romeo, save me
I've been feeling so alone
I keep waiting for you but you never come
is this in my head
I don't know what to think
he knelt to the ground and pulled out a ring
and said
marry me, Juliet
you'll never have to be alone
I love you
and that's all I really know
I talked to your dad
go pick out a white dress
it's a LOVE story
Baby, just say yes
oh,oh yes

we were both young when I first saw you

...boycott tag...

here's what we should do. it's simple:
list down 5 of the products from the list below that you are boycotting,

...rosegar...

last monday, I was supposed to have a lecture by an external lecturer…it turned out that the class was canceled at the very last moment…yeay…I got one long day…

so, to spare the time I went to Kim Yap Hair Dressing Saloon in Tronoh together with Aini and Intan right after our lunch at TG Corner in Taman Maju…all three of us got a new hairdo…yeay…it costs me RM7…ooh…I soo love this saloon…now I feel more lighter in the head…I still keep my hair at shoulder length though…

later that evening, I was craving for Satay Bota…it used to be 20 cents per stick….but now, the price went up to 25 cents…still cheaper than anywhere else…hence, they maintain their crowd-puller strategy I guess…
unfortunately, it was raining heavily...as Satay Bota is a weater-dependent business (they grilled the satays in the open areas), the stall was closed for the day...

we then opt to go straight ahead and stopped by Roti Segar Bakery & Cafe (Rosegar)...we bought some breads to take home and Aini treated us with the Caramel Pudding...we had it inside Ryan in the pouring rain...hahaha...

it was raining so heavily that we decided to have our dinner there and then as well…so, off we went back again to the café…since it was almost 630pm already, I got to watch SpaQ2…yeay…

we ordered different kinds of meals so that we can share among us…we had Penang Laksa, Soup Beehoon and Chicken Rice…Aini and me had an Apple Juice while Intan ordered a Hot Milo…

surprisingly, the price was way sooo cheap…I only had to pay RM4…my Penang Laksa and Apple Juice had costs me equally RM2 each…the taste?!!hurmmm…3 stars…

we were safely back to UTP at around 8pm and I struggled through the night preparing a 30-pages minimum group project report as well as rehearsing the slides for group presentation due on Tuesday morning…jeez…

happy new year 2009!

i'm truly grateful for all the sweet memories and real life experiences encountered in the year 2008 which eventually shaped me into who i am as of today...i considered myself more matured and rationale emotionally in many ways...i'm physically healthy (still on medication until the end of february)...i love and being loved...i'm blessed and very thankful for that...

welcome 2009 and i'm hoping for a wholesome great times ahead...

for a 1st day of the year 2009, nothing much has happened...

early this morning, when i went out for breakfast with my parents, mama who is sitting at the back gleefully informed me and abah that she's following the new road safety regulation...hahaha...passengers at the back need to put on the rear seat belt starting from 1st january 2009...hahaha...hahaha...

i think there's just some insensible logic in the implementation of this new regulation...and i found this is amusing...cars which have rear seat belts and having rear passengers who don't obey the rule will be penalized...however, if the car don't have rear seat belts (surely the rear passengers won't obey the rule), the rule suddenly become inapplicable...on top of that, car owners are being given 3 years time period to get the rear seat belts to be installed...

hahaha...what a lousy regulation...in my case, shinchan doesn't have rear seat belts installed yet...let's say i go and get them installed...then, it so happens that my rear passengers don't want to wear them and a traffic officer stopped me...i will get a ticket...on the other hand, let's say i procrastinate to get the damn thing installed and i encounter the same situation...this time, the reason would be - i still have 3 years lorr...enough said...

then, there was a thing about 7 citizen being banned from entering sarawak...malaysia is suppose to be a free country what...or so i thought...malaysian political scenes are just hilarious to the extreme...i never knew that there's a term of opposition states (in true fact, the opposition at those states are the losing party)...

in 2009, there will be lots more of hanky panky going ons....yeay...since it is the season of small election, hopefully the petrol price will reduce a little bit more...insyaAllah...

hurmm...ohh yaa...today 01 01 2009 - i'm not marrying anybody...hahaha...i just realized something important though...due to my lifestyle, i feel that i'm better happily single if i couldn't meet an affluent lover...definitely i wouldn't lower my standard unnecessarily...and i really mean it...wish me luck, peeps!
